1. OC Dirk Koetter
Koetter, who took over as the Bucs' Offensive Coordinator this winter, has now completed an entire spring program with his new players. Although the learning process never ends, he's been able to spend a few months installing his system, and has done so alongside his newly-drafted quarterback, Jameis Winston.

From rookie mini-camp through OTAs and mandatory mini-camp, Winston has impressed his new coaches and teammates with his work ethic and ability to quickly digest the Bucs' new playbook. During his handful of practices open to the media, he's worked with both the first and second-team offenses, and had success with both.
3. LB Danny Lansanah
Lansanah stood out at mandatory mini-camp, just like he's stood out for the entirety of offseason workouts. He's been working with Bruce Carter and Lavonte David as the first-team, strong side outside linebacker all spring and created several turnovers during practices open to the media.
