1. WR John Ross
Chris Johnson's long-standing 40-yard dash record at the Combine was finally broken after standing for nearly a decade. Johnson was timed at 4.24 seconds in 2008, but Ross surpassed him by running a 4.22 at this year's Combine. Needless to say, Ross was the fastest player at the Combine in 2017. Minnesota cornerback Jalen Myrick was the only other player to run faster than 4.3, clocking in at 4.28 seconds.
2. DL Carl Lawson
Lawson recorded 35 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press, tied for the most of any player at this year's Combine. Stephen Paea currently holds the record with 49 reps. Utah offensive lineman Isaac Asiata also recorded 35 reps on the bench but Lawson bested him in the 40, vertical jump and broad jump.
